How it will all go down
1.Book your call
Book a 15-minute discovery call with me to get the proposal set and sent.
2. Accept the proposal
Accept the proposal, pay the deposit (or full amount for a discounted rate), and sign the contract.
3. 90-minute mapping session
We will have a 90-minute call where we map everything out that you need done
4. Send the paperwork
I will send you all the questionnaires and ask you for all the items I need to complete the build
5. The build
Your project will be built, approved, and will go live for you to use!

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. There are three payment options:
1. Pay in full (10% off)
2. 50% down and 50% after 90-minute mapping session
3. $700 down, $1700 after the 90-minute mapping session, $1700 before the final handover
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit, and Zelle
How long does the process take in all?
The entire process can take up to 30 days, but many clients have their finished product in a week once we have completed the 90-minute call.
Do I have to provide anything?
Yes, I will need all your contracts, proposal wording, packages, and any emails or forms you need so I can upload and customize them.
What if I don’t send you anything?
If the items I need to complete the build are not sent within 14 days, I will build the projects without them.
Do you offer refunds?
No, once the invoice has been paid, no refunds are available.
Do I need to have the paid versions of these platforms?
Generally speaking, yes. While I can do some creative maneuvering and work around some of the issues, the paid versions of these systems are really helpful when planning. If you need to link multiple platforms and want to save money, let me know so we can build a solution that fits your budget. For Dubsado, specifically, I have a code that will save you 20% off your first year.
